About of Element Lapises

Hello Mercury;

As you know Proelium and Cantabilian (15 and 30 pvp maps) is empty. I think this is the reason;

-This should be easy but it's getting harder. The reason is element lapises.
-If you remove the lapises(just for 15 and 30 gears),  it will be easier and player will come.


In short, element lapises must be usable for only over 31 levels.

Yeah, remove skills too so we can pvp in auto atk!

Generally Proelium and Cantabilian maps are chosen for being easier than 70.  Players, who loves playing hard, choose 70 level character. If a player wants to play on easier pvp, they chooses these maps but elements make it difficult.
