Idea for low lvl pvp map

For the first, im sorry for my bad english, im french.
Actually Mercury server propose 15-30-70 PvP but many people play 70 and i feel the 1-15 is neglected.
Idea for 15 PvP:

1- integrate à 15 boss zone same 30 f
2- add more possibility to 15 and 30 same 70 ( reskin weap and Gear)
3- add a rarity gear same Official first episode (dread gaunlt/boots and weapon).
4- why blessing not up?

I agree with you 100% not much 15 or 30 pvp rarely happens all the action is in 70
