Fix all skill delay from any classes. Test those if you want, especially on W/G and F/D Try to test and look at the delay of casting Demon hash and Uppercut on Warrior / Fighter. Its delaying 2 secs. I spammed those skills many times but it stops at 2 secs then go on. Try to test it. If you wont listen, then it sucks.

Its the same problem with the other servers. it really depends on the episode of shaiya.

no delays here for me, or if it happens its rare af maybe its cause those debuff laps every1 spamming in big pvps

Well. I can pot those debuffs fast. But i dont know. Spamming demon hashing and uppercut in the same time it cause hitting delay.

This problem come from your network connexion debit, not from the server. That's why you got it on all servers or not if you got a good one.
