Reasons why we will never have a 15 and 30 pvp

Hello

In 15 and 30 we have only the Etain potion for heal ?
15 Toons with only 2 slots to link ?
Fighter/Defender and Warrior/Guardian have much too high stats compared with a hunter, pagan or assassine !

I guess with these conditions we will never have a 15 and a 30 pvp
