Inactive and utterly useless staff members.

So I'll get directly to the point, there's no need of running in circles. Yes GM, Admins and some GS's are completelly useless and incoherent some even have mental instabilities like that [GM]_Zero that is banning, kicking and jailing people from game without any reason and the rest like Apollyon is watching what he does and do nothing to stop him. There's atleast 1 faction that has issues with the staff members and ofcourse that faction is UoF. UoF has no game sage atm except for Fate that didnt FC but made a new account so he's our only (AoL) game sage for the time being while at the same time AoL has atleast 4 of them. There are tons of people hanging in game and cant login, and staff arent doing anything to atleast report the issue to some one that can fix this problem. Yes if you get kicked from game or accidentally DC you'll be hanging in game and cant log back in till a GM or an Admin will kick your hanging toon.
So my question to the people that run this server is, what are you waiting for? Waiting for for staff to start banning people that kill them in pvp or as a punishment screw their hardly gained rerolls on their maxed out gear? Yes you got it right the GM's and Admin's have enough power to actually harm your gear and/or toon. And just to show how useless staff is on this server a guildie of mine is hanging 2 days now and not even 1 GM kicked him from game so that person is inactive for 2 days now. If people that run this server want proof of what I'm saying pm me here and I'll send you SS's, only to people that run this server not just any useless GM.
My request and I guess it's many people's request is to send the staff we have now in retire and give this position to people that are atleast mentally sane and that already hit puberty.
If you had any "happy" experience with this people that are called "Staff members" feel free to post it here, enough with this abuse of power and keep in mind that a server without staff can survive but a server without people will get closed.

I would like to say also about high staff that they are not noticing that they're killing the ''growth'' of pvp thinking that 1v1 raids is the correct thing for making pvp, So the new players will come in game to sit and get kills, How will they have fun? It doesn't even look like fun, The pvpers of both factions logs off sometimes when there is nothing to do in game except sitting or going afk as usual, So why adding a kill shared between raids? What for? Also one of the things that kills pvp is leader summoning raid, It's not bad idea for having it with kill share, But What is the point of having it while the pvp is just 1v1 raids (Because the other faction can't fill) Why don't you let them go on other maps and move around it and pick kills, You'll always like to login to kill or to get killed or to help someone while killing, That's the pvp, Not to sit or something like that, If you want to keep 1v1 raids, Then it's better to remove kill shared and lead summon, By the time you will notice that staff helping the faction who needs help on a big bad/wrong way, It's awesome to see staff also ignoring players options while thinking that they are always right about what they do, One of it, You can see just right here on that picture, How will the pvp grow to be more than 2 raids vs 2 raids on a map like world cup, Sounds impossible to hold 3v3 later, If you hope to have that much players pvping, I do not think that also people will stay as long as you are keeping the max pink rank while people are passing it and even reached 250k-260k-300k, Think a bit little more before giving powers to some that doesn't use it for the good to give a better time to enjoy in this server. http://prnt.sc/dzhxo7

why dont we promote PvP instead of jailing ppl and ban ppl bc they dnt listen to staff`s members, Its Kinda Biased and its not even on ToS you cant just make a decision bc ppl dis obey the Rules of bla bla bla. sitting on hill leeching on hill is bannable what are the purpose of this shared kills if we ppl cant use it the way it used to be,This is why we got a tons of ppl everyday just to play and have fun not to getting jail/ban bc they dont listen, dont wait for the day that this ppl will quit,+ Ban ppl bc he ask it its a valid reason to ban a ppl bc he ask for it ?lol its not even on ToS, wake up Dont wait for this ppl to get bored..

The Lights who left server aint the problem, it are SOME (not all so wipe ur tears away again) Darks which open 2-3 raids when Lights cant even fill 1 sometimes.. you rlly stupid af.    
And about the staff, actually the staff right now is OKAY but some Light staff members.. jeez just saw one today sitting in AH not afk just wanting attention while trade is spammed to join PvP.. seriously WHAT ARE THOSE STAFF MEMBERS? pl0x fix it
